Based in Canyon, Texas, Kenneth is a storm chaser, certified SKYWARN spotter, and the creator of HookScan. He documents severe weather across multiple states, reports observations for the National Weather Service, and photographs severe and space weather. His goal is to make weather safety easier to understand.
McCook, NebraskaStorm chaser
Briscoe’s passion for storm chasing started at a young age and has only grown. A self-taught chaser from McCook, Nebraska, he hits the road in Dodger, the 2016 Chevy Tahoe PPV he customized himself. Away from storms, he loves the beach, virgin piña coladas, and a new adventure. As Briscoe puts it: “Welcome to the Chase!”

Justin brings 32 years of storm chasing experience from North Central Ohio. He focuses on time-lapse photography, safety awareness, and teaching the public about chasing and approaching severe weather. His interactive TikTok livestreams have become a place to share his passion, answer questions, and connect with people who love weather.
