HookScan is a Welcome to the Chase project and is currently beta software. Screenshots, screen recordings, and detailed reports help our team fix problems faster and improve the app for every future user.

When it is safe, take a screenshot or screen recording while the issue is visible. TestFlight users can also use Send Beta Feedback.
Include the context
Tell us the device, operating-system version, HookScan build, approximate time, radar site, product, tilt, and whether you used Wi-Fi or cellular.
Describe what changed
Explain what happened, what you expected, whether you can repeat it, and whether restarting or changing radar sites affected the problem.
Account help
Use the support email for sign-in, verification, or recovery help. You can sign out or permanently delete your account from Settings → Account.
HookScan is a supplemental situational-awareness tool. Never use it as your only warning source. Follow official National Weather Service warnings, Wireless Emergency Alerts, and local emergency instructions.
